Kundalini Reiki was discovered by Mr Ole Gabrielsen who is a Master of Meditation. It works with the Earth's energy, part of the universal energy. The Kundalini Reiki enters the root Chakra (base of your spine, coccyx) and runs through the body and out through your crown Chakra (top of your head).

When you qualify as a Kundalini Reiki Master, like myself, the Reiki is then referred to as Diamond Reiki. This is a strong energy that enlightens and heals anything in its path. Some would refer to it as "Reiki on steroids". So what can it help with?

Any mental health issues, it can strenghten the immune system, something that is key to all of us in helping fight diseases and viruses. It can help to relax the mind, which has a knock on effect in helping the body on a physical, emotional and spiritual level.

Diamond Reiki can be given distantly or if preferred in person in my relaxing treatment room, which is dedicated to healing work only. With a distant healing session we would agree a time that you are able to fully relax and not be disturbed for a hour. Afterwards a video or telephone call will take place, which allows you to discuss your experience and feelings.
