Ive received reflexology in the past and have really loved this balancing, informative and healing modality. However, I have never beore experience it as distance therapy....until now. My distance treatment with Denise was amazing. I intially wondered how I would remain calm for the hour session as i have a pretty chatty brain that's always on the go. I really wanted to be able to just relax and be calm. I had nothing to worry about. Clearly I really needed the session because after my intial sensation of gentle and loving buzzing around my head, I was soon asleep. A sleep that left me feeling rejuvenated and restored. When I caught up with Denise after the session for a chat and to talk about her findings, I was blown away!! Interestingly a lot of her findings were actually emotional based. I have a number of physical imbalances (aka dis-eases) in my body and have been working hard, through diet and exercise, to control them with the aim of coming off all drugs. However, I'm not quite getting there. Because I haven't yet addressed the emotional side of the imbalances and Denise had suggestions for that. Denise picked up on so much information, information I had not shared with her beforehand. For example she felt burning in my intestines and although she considered it might be IBS, she actually felt it was more, more like an inflammatory disease. Indeed I have had Colitis/Crohn's for many years now. That's just one of the many things Denise picked up on, accurately, I have to be honest, I was a little doubtful (though very intrigued) that reflexology could translate into a distance therapy as it is so hands on (and I love people working with my feet). My doubts have been removed through Denise's expertise. Now, not only is reflexology a possible distance therapy, as a result it is a great therapy for anyone who cannot bear having their feet physically touched. Win, win all round. Thank you Denise for offering this new and exciting service
